World of Warcraft Classes, WOW Classes

Once you decide which race of character you are going to play in this game, you will then need to select from a number of different World of Warcraft classes. There are specific different classes that are currently available, and your race selection will have a bearing on which one you can pick. In total, there are nine playable classes, including: Druid, Rogue, Shaman, Hunter, Warrior, Warlock, Priest, Mage and Paladin. Each one will have their own special gifts, as well as limitations and it is important to consider these when you are picking which WoW classes you are interested in.

Since you can only play in one class, this process should have at least some thought put into it. World of Warcraft classes can have a big bearing not only on how well you play the game, but also on the types of professions you will be allowed to master. For example, you may want to avoid WoW classes that are suited only for magic if you are interested in leather working or mining.

By learning more about each individual class, you can come to a better understanding of which World of Warcraft classes are right for your own personal tastes. Out of all of the WoW classes that are available for both the Alliance and Horde players, Warriors and Shamans are probably the most popular, followed closely by Priests and Hunters. If you have already made it through as one class, consider re-rolling as another for an even bigger challenge. This gives you many more options and can be a lot of fun.
