World of Warcraft Loot, WOW Loot

There are two main types of World of Warcraft loot that you will run into while playing this game. The first is the type that you will find when you are playing solo. Whether it is against a mob, or a specific enemy, after you have killed them, if it is possible to get WoW loot from their corpses, they will have a bit of a shine to them. That is your clue to auto-loot and take what you can. This is probably the easiest way to pick up loot since you know exactly who it is going to – you.

The second form of World of Warcraft loot gets a little more complicated. This is the type that you will run into when you are playing as a member of a party. Distributing the WoW loot can sometimes be difficult, especially if players cannot come to an agreement on how it will be disbursed. It is a good idea to figure this out beforehand so that there is no confusion. You can select the option where loot is given out first come, first serve, or there are also some other options.

You can have one player be designated as the official disburser of World of Warcraft loot, where they decide who gets what, or you can base it on a Need, Greed or Pass system. This is usually the one that leads to the most arguments. Another option is to work out a WoW loot system where each player will get their turn to loot a corpse. Just remember to keep it fair and the whole group can benefit.
