Lastly, the World of Warcraft draenei is a newer race that quickly became very popular. Alliance players prefer this race since that is the only way that they can choose the class of shaman. Once again, this race has many different inherent abilities that make them attractive to players.
In the Horde faction, there are five races, which include: Blood Elves, Orcs, Trolls, Tauren and the Undead. The Night Elves are very similar in abilities to Blood Elves and this is a popular choice for Horde players. Orcs and Trolls are considered to be very powerful, but many players do not choose this race. This is slowly changing however as more people discover the abilities that these two races have.
The Tauren race is very popular, mainly due to the fact while they are physically strong, they are also capable of finesse. The War Stomp, which is unique to the WoW tauren race allows them to stun opponents from a very far distance, and is probably the main reason that this race is chosen so often.
The newest World of Warcraft race in the Horde faction is the undead race. They do not feel fear, and are capable of amazing feats under water and in tight situations. Perhaps the best feature of the WoW Undead race is the fact that they can actually eat their opponents, a feat that no other race can claim.
