One of the newest playable races in this game is the World of Warcraft undead race. This is a new addition for the Horde faction and has been incredibly popular, due in part to the racial traits for WoW undead characters. These traits include the ability to hold your breath under water, which can really come in handy for quests in levels 50 through 70, as well as the ability to be immune from fear. The World of Warcraft undead race is very formidable and Horde players really appreciated the addition to even the score with the Alliance.
When you are playing as a WoW undead character you’ll also have the ability to cannibalize your opponents. No other race offers this feature, which can really come in handy in a melee situation or other up-close-and-personal fights. Although there is a race of characters in the game also referred to as the World of Warcraft undead, these characters are not playable. They are however, incredibly difficult to beat.
When you choose your World of Warcraft undead character, you’ll have to select a class. Currently, the only classes that are open to a WoW undead character are the Mage, Warlock, Priest, Warrior or Rogue classes. A lot of players prefer the configuration of the undead rogue, but you can select whichever one matches your own personal style. You’ll be starting out in a different area with this race and you’ll need to complete some different quests, but overall, this has been an addition to the game that has been incredibly well received.
